For this year’s Toastmasters District 95 Conference, we’re using bank transfers (bank account “Stichting Toastmasters Europe”) as our exclusive payment method to guarantee security, convenience, and efficiency. Upon purchasing your ticket, please complete your payment within 3 days to secure your spot. Should we not receive your payment within 7 days of purchase, we’ll have to cancel your order and release the ticket for sale again. This approach ensures a secure transaction, minimizes fees, and provides both parties with a clear, traceable payment record. Our team is ready to assist with any questions or guidance needed for a seamless payment process, allowing you to anticipate a truly enriching conference experience.
Cancellation Policy
Purchased Tickets (any type including Hotel rooms) cannot be cancelled. However, it is possible to contact us prior the event and transfer your purchase to another person (name change). Please reach out to us as soon as possible via: tickets@district95-conference.com
